Initiative is based on the concept of asking
questions as opposed to delivering answers, knowing
that all children have an innate desire to
experiment and learn. By fostering an environment of
inquiry, we will nurture students that can
eventually think, design, create, and dream in
systems, empowering them to continually develop and
expand their own ideas. This approach embraces the
fullness of each individual and these five different
ways of knowing and expressing:

Academic Knowledge
Artistic
Eco-literacy (systems thinking)
